Managing or cancelling your subscription

Your Tollgate Pro subscription lives with Apple, not with us. That means managing it works exactly like every other App Store subscription you have, and no cancellation email to us is ever needed (or possible, we literally cannot cancel it for you).

To manage or cancel

• From inside Tollgate: Settings → Manage subscription. This jumps straight to your Apple subscriptions page.
• From iOS directly: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tollgate.

There you can switch between monthly and yearly, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the app returns to the free tier gracefully.

What cancelling does not do

• It does not delete anything. Stats, streaks, history data, guarded apps, all untouched. History’s week ledger goes back behind the Pro gate, but the data underneath is still yours and comes back if you ever resubscribe.
• It does not stop the gate. Your first guarded app keeps working on the free tier, forever.
• It does not require talking to us. No retention flow, no “are you sure” emails, no guilt. The App Store cancel button is the whole process.

Free trial timing

If you are inside a free trial and cancel, you keep Pro until the trial’s end date and are never charged. Apple sends its own reminder before a trial converts to paid, and the exact renewal date is listed on the same Subscriptions page.
